quinoa is quickly becoming the favorite "super food" these days.
it is packed with vitamins and nutrients, and it is also gluten free! it is a nice substitute for rice, and it makes a nice light dinner paired with some veggies!

I'm eating tons of quinoa, too, lately. So versatile!
Looks delicious - I like eating quinoa but haven't made anything at home yet. This recipe might be the one to start with. :)
I love quinoa, but surprisingly during my pregnancy it hasn't sounded too good to me at all. ;(

Looks so yummy! Seems like I wanted to make this at home. Surely my husband would be amazed. Trying to check at the menu and it's a bit easy. Just remembering my husband bought me jewelries on our Anniversary and the bracelet had broke and thought of selling to selling my scrap gold. Happy eating with my family with this vege...
