banana almond and oat smoothie ...

i have a hard time remembering to eat breakfast.  but, i found if i make this tasty banana, almond, and oat smoothie i can sip it while on the go!  and, it is packed with all i need and more for an energizing breakfast!

Yum! I find I'm always rushing around in the morning so this would be perfect for a healthy breakfast.
