I love the simplicity of watercolors, but they bring a big impact when it comes to paper goods.
I dressed up some food label cards I made for my daughter Norah’s French inspired party, and they really made everything come together with the color and theme, and they were so simple to make!

I am excited to be teaming up with cardstore.com again for their pin it for papa contest (details below)!
Father’s Day is coming up on June 16th, and cardstore is a fun site where you can create custom cards by uploading your custom photos, and personalizing a message with a personal touch! And, the best part is that they print, address, stamp, and send out your custom card through the US postal service.
Father’s Day is a great day to celebrate all the Dad’s in our lives!
Something that my dad did for me growing up was that he exposed me to beautiful things. My dad is from France, and growing up we traveled to France quite often, almost every summer. I learned to appreciate the beautiful things in life such as art, food, architecture, languages, travel and cultures. I absolutely loved all the time I spent in France, and the things I learned!
One of my favorite things I have learned from all the times my dad took me to France was an appreciation for food!
A simple meat and cheese platter is easy to put together, you just need a few high quality ingredients. Here’s a few of my tips!
I like to put out a few of favorite cheese selections, some sliced dried meat, fruit, olives, and crackers. But, really you can do a number of combinations.
Carr Table Crackers
Dried Dates
Gruyere Cheese
Dried Sliced Salami
Cambozola Cheese
Green Grapes
Cutie Clementine Oranges
