Garlic-Thyme Burgers {adapted from this recipe}
Ingredients
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup finely minced onion
1 pound ground beef or sirloin
hard rolls [for mini slider size hamburgers] or regular buns for regular size burgers.
In a medium bowl, mix meat with thyme, salt, pepper, garlic, and onions. Blend well.
form into 3 inch round patties for mini burgers [i used a mini patty form, you could also use a round cookie cutter for the mini ones]
Heat Grill and grill until meat is cooked through. I used a wire basket to grill my mini burgers so they wouldn’t fall through the griddles.
Recipe makes about 10 mini burgers, or 4-5 regular burgers.
i love these striped bow neck quarter length sleeve tops.
i may have bought one in every color… and, two navy blue ones.
why? because i wear them all the time and wore out my other favorite ones from a few years ago, so i figure i’d better stock up until another cute batch comes along.
