What a great party! Everything looked fantastic! I loved the photobooth! I used to alway have a photobooth at my parties that my dad would create with his polaroid camera and would create a giant card with a place for each persons to go on it. I still have every single card with a lot of the same friends getting older and older in each years pictures

What he’s already 2? No way! That blows my mind, mostly cause that means Tate’s big day is just around the corner. AH!

The circus party looked amazing. I’ll start working on Tate’s right now and maybe I’ll get half way by November 🙂

    hi becky.
    thanks for your comment!

i actually bought the cotton candy from dollar general. it came in a package. so i divided them up and put them in glassine bags and made a label for them and stapled the bag shut. if you do this, only do it the day of the party or the cotton candy will dry out.

    hope this helps!

Of all the blog reading this is the only one that so inspired me to comment…just to say how lovely. Also bookmarked some of the white kitchen photos to keep me going on the never-ending cabinet painting that I’m in the midst of.

Soo precious! I love everything…especially the photo booth.

One question, when the guests went into the photo booth, what did you have set up to take their picture? Was someone in there to take their picture? Or did you have a polaroid camera in there? I really want to copy your idea for my daughter’s party.
    thanks for sharing!

I used your party as an inspiration for my son's 1st b-day party this past weekend. His was not nearly as cute, but I wanted to say thanks for all the ideas and tell you I gave you a shout out on my family blog.

Your circus party looks fantastic. My little boy is turning one in a few weeks and we are planning a circus party for him. I was wondering how you made the tags for everything. I love the way they look like little tickets.

Did you make the banner yourself? Or did you buy it? If so, from where? I love it. We're doing a circus party for my son's first birthday.

I am planning my son's circus birthday party. LOVE what you did and I've already found the popcorn and favor bags on ETSY, thanks to your prior suggestions. Just curious, what did you stuff in the favor bags?? I wanted to do something more clever than candy, if I can think of something.
    Thanks!!!
