i love to cook with panko japanese bread crumbs!
my favorite is to oven “fry” fish or chicken, to get that nice crisp fried taste, but without the deep frying.

Yes I do! But I'm Japanese, so we use it to make Tonkatsu! Mmmmm! Your idea sounds fun too! I'll have to give it a try.
We just used it on Monday to make Crunchy French Toast! Yum!
