I don’t fancy myself the floral-y type. But this spring there must be something in the air (cherry blossoms?) because all I want to wear are flowers and the sugary-sweeter, the better. From bright, abstract motifs to classic Liberty-inspired patterns, floral prints seem to go with everything, including stripes and plaids which makes it easy put a rosy update on fall staples. I like floral prints paired with worn-in denim and black tights for a toughened-up look, or go vintage-preppy with wide-leg jeans, a skinny braided belt and your favorite clogs.

Some understated and some totally over-the-top, above are a few favorite pieces right now.
