As my kids have grown older, it has been really important to me to be able to stay active and participate in activities with them. From our neighborhood scooter rides, to hiking, and playing soccer, I always want my kids to remember me getting out there with them!
Getting dressed for the every day as a mom can be a bit of a challenge. Things just aren’t practical to wear out and about during my typical daily activities. I have found that if I can find key pieces for my wardrobe that look great, but also provide comfort while running around in every direction all day, then I know I have found a winner!
I am currently loving the jogger trend! It is a trend that I have fully embraced! I call them my “fancy” sweats, because they can easily be dressed up or down! I love how I can throw on a jacket, my favorite tennis shoes, and feel comfortable running my errands, playing with my kids, and still look put together!
The key to some of the more relaxed outfits, is to be able to dress them up quickly for a date night or night out my girlfriends! Some of my current favorite pieces from Evereve right now are, a simple t-shirt, my go-to jacket, and my favorite Fate City Zip joggers. They are so easy to dress up by switching from my Sam Edelman sneakers to my Dolce Vita Suede Wedge Sandal, then switching out my jewelry, lipstick, handbag, and putting my hair up! With just a few things swapped out, it changes the entire look from day to night just perfectly while still providing comfort! And, I’m all about comfort!
