i was browsing through sur la table the other day to pick up some madeleine pans for z mans birthday party and i saw some rectangular tart pans. i’ve seen them before, but i had forgotten about them for some reason. i think they are awesome because, a) they make they pie look cool, and b) you get more crust, and who doesn’t want more crust?
