our latest favorite smoothie!
we’ve been drinking a lot of these lately.
{mango + strawberry smoothie}
1 cup mango nectar
1 cup, cup up mangos, frozen [can use fresh]
1 cup strawberries, frozen or fresh
1 cup [2 scoops] vanilla frozen yogurt
1 cup ice cubes
blend in blender. add more nectar if too thick.
we usually add a few tablespoons of flaxseed mill for omega-3’s.
