With the holiday season in full swing, there are bound to be some great holiday parties coming up.
If you are stuck on what to bring, try out these stuffed mushrooms.  They are just amazing, and highly addicting if you are a mushroom lover!
The sausage and cream cheese proves to be a great combination!  And, the pretty presentation will dress up any holiday table.
{Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms}
2 large packages of white mushrooms [about 20 mushrooms], stems removed
16oz sausage, browned and drained
1, 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
3 tbs milk
4 stalks green onions, chopped
garlic salt [a few shakes or to taste]
preheat oven to 350 degrees
in a medium bowl mix together the browned sausage and the rest of the ingredients except for the mushrooms.
spoon the sausage mixture into the mushroom caps and place on a large cookie sheet.
bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
