It’s that time of year again!

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is just around the corner, and if you are a Nordstrom Credit or Debit Card holder, then you can shop the sale right NOW through August 7th!

If you are serious about getting the best deals, and saving some serious cash, the key is to be sure to buy the hot items before they sell out!  Having a Nordstrom card will help ensure this since you can shop the sale now!  That is 8 days before those without a card!

I have a Nordstrom Debit card which I love because it comes right out of my checking account, and there is no need to remember to make payments.  You also get some killer rewards when you use it, like money to spend at Nordstrom, free alterations, and early access to shop the big Anniversary sale!

Here are the Sale Dates you’l’l want to know:
Early Access for Nordstrom Card Holders: July 14 – 21
Public Sale: July 22 – August 7

There are certain items that I am willing to spend a little more money on, and during this sale, you can get some amazing deals on items that hardly go on sale, if ever!  Certain items you want to go for quality, items like shoes, designer denim, handbags, beauty products, items that you love and use day in and day out and you wouldn’t want to skimp on.   The Anniversary Sale is where you can get those name brand high quality items at the best prices!  And, another amazing thing is that Nordstrom always has free shipping and free returns, cardholder or not!  I know I hate paying shipping, so that is a big deal for me!

Here are a few of my must buy pieces to buy at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale that will save you a ton of money! (Click on item to shop! This post contains affiliate links.)

1. Athletic Shoes: Nikes and other brands of athletic shoes rarely go on sale, so this it the time to snag yourself a pair.  The Nikes always sell out fast during the sale!
2. Beauty Products: I’m obsessed with Donna Karan’s Cashmere Deodorant!  They hardly ever go on sale, so now is the time to stock up on that, and other favorite beauty products!
3. Natori Bras: These are my absolute favorite bras that I wear every day!  During the sale they are a great price, and usually never go on sale.  If you haven’t been into Nordstrom to get fitted, I highly recommend it! Life changing!
4. Athletic Gear: Much like the shoes, athletic gear hardly goes on sale, and during the sale, several Zella leggings are marked down, some starting at less than $25!
5. Designer Denim:  Designer Denim is totally worth it in my book.  They last forever, and the fit is hard to beat, and the quality is un-matched.  While it is worth it, they can come at a hefty price.  But, during the sale you can get designer denim for a great price!  I am obsessed with the AG Farrah Skinny Jeans, and I have been on the search for them in black!  During the sale they are $124.90, which is an amazing deal for these jeans!  They are my absolute favorite denim!
6. MAC Makeup Brushes are always on sale during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, and they are well worth it!  I’ve had mine for several years, and I love them!
7. Designer Bags: During the sale you can get some great deals on designer bags that you’ve had your eye on.  They also rarely go on sale, and they are worth the investment.  Real leather is always such better quality and longer lasting!
8. Men’s Dress Shoes:  I always get a pair of ECCO’s for my husband during the Anniversary sale.  He spends a lot of time in dress clothes, and he swears by ECCO shoes.  They last long, and are such high quality.  Plus, during the sale, you can get them for almost half off!
