valentine’s day round-up …

February 2, 2013

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and it really is one of my favorite holidays!

I love all the decorations, the food, the treats, the time spent with the ones you love, all of it!

I’m cooking up a few new Valentine’s posts to share with you, but in the meantime, I wanted to re-post a few of the best of Valentine’s Day from the Armelle blog!

Above is a little Be Mine valentine box I made out of a cereal box!

A few years ago, I made some bubble valentines for my son Ezra’s pre-school class.

A beautiful fresh fruit tart for your sweetheart!

A free made with love tag download for your homemade goodies.

Heart shaped pizza for a fun Valentine’s day dinner.
A treasure map Valentine with a free download.
A sparking juice Valentine complete with a striped straw!
A tutorial for a LOVE banner.
So, I hope one of these ideas gives you a little inspiration for your next Valentine themed project!

diaper wipe case kids activity …

January 22, 2013

My little Thomas likes to empty out containers, whether it be wipe containers or tissues, he loves it.
As long as they keep coming, and he can make a big mess, he is one happy camper.

So, I decided to use an old wipe box to make a wipe case with fabric scraps for him to pull out as much as he wants.

It is really easy, and you probably have all of the supplies on hand.

For a step by step tutorial, and instructions on how to make a wipe case activity, head on over to my recent post for Hellobee.
